Masktown is a social discovery and communication application provided by NovaGrow Apps. We consider protecting children a fundamental responsibility and apply the following standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Zero-tolerance policy
Masktown does not permit any content or behavior that sexually abuses, endangers, or exploits children. This includes child sexual abuse, grooming or attempted sexual contact with children, sexual extortion, child trafficking, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Creating, sharing, requesting, promoting, or facilitating access to any such content is strictly prohibited.
In-app reporting
Users can report suspicious or violating profiles, messages, and Drops directly within Masktown using the in-app reporting options. Child safety concerns may also be reported to novagrowapps@gmail.com.
Enforcement and response
Content found to violate our child safety standards will be removed. Depending on the nature of the violation, related account features may be restricted and the account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
When CSAM or another threat to child safety is identified, relevant records may be preserved in accordance with applicable law and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities when required.
Legal compliance and cooperation
NovaGrow Apps is committed to complying with applicable child safety and CSAM laws in connection with Masktown and to cooperating with competent authorities when legally required.
