By using Masktown, you agree to these Terms. The processing of your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent that may be required for processing personal data.
Account and service
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Masktown. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and not impersonate another person. Discover displays profiles from across the country, Town displays city content, and Drops are temporary posts. The locations of profile icons and Drops shown in Town do not represent users' real-time or actual locations. The first contact in a conversation may be masked. Your profile is not shown to the other person until the mask is removed. Profile verification does not guarantee another user's identity, intentions, or safety.
Community rules
Harassment, threats, hate speech, unwanted sexual content, content involving child exploitation, fraud, spam, sharing another person's photo or private information without permission, and illegal activities are prohibited. You can report suspicious profiles, Drops, and messages through the app or by emailing novagrowapps@gmail.com. Depending on the violation, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend an account. You may appeal a decision by contacting novagrowapps@gmail.com.
You retain your rights to the content you submit. You grant Masktown the permission necessary to provide the service, display your content to other users according to your chosen visibility, and perform safety checks. Only share content belonging to another person if you have the right to do so. You may not copy Masktown's brand or software without permission. If Masktown-created promotional or test profiles are used, they will be clearly identified and will not send misleading messages as if they were real users.
Child Safety and CSAE Standards
Masktown has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexual extortion, child trafficking, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users can report profiles, messages, and Drops from within the app. We remove violating content, may suspend or terminate involved accounts, and report matters to competent authorities when required. Premium and temporary visibility
The scope, price, duration, and renewal terms of Premium subscriptions and temporary visibility features such as Rise are shown before purchase. Increased visibility does not guarantee a specific number of views, messages, or replies. You can cancel subscriptions purchased through Google Play in your Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Masktown account may not automatically cancel your subscription. Refund and withdrawal requests are handled under Google Play procedures and applicable consumer laws. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Account deletion, changes, and contact
You can delete your account in the app by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Content removal and legal retention exceptions are explained in the Privacy Policy. We will notify you appropriately of material changes to the service or these Terms. Your applicable consumer rights and right to contact the relevant authorities remain unaffected.
